Dr. Gail M. Phoenix is an executive leadership strategist, People & Culture leader, speaker, author, Army veteran, and founder of LOVE IN ACTION Consulting & Community Solutions, LLC.
Her leadership experience spans military, government, higher education, nonprofit, and consulting environments—giving her a perspective shaped not by one industry, but by decades of working with people, leaders, and organizations under very different conditions.
Throughout her career, Dr. Phoenix has led complex workforces, advised senior leaders, navigated organizational change, addressed workplace conflict and employee relations, strengthened HR and People & Culture operations, and helped organizations confront difficult issues involving leadership, culture, accountability, and workforce performance.
