I'm Dr. Gail M. Phoenix, Founder and Principal Consultant of LOVE IN ACTION Consulting & Community Solutions.
Throughout my career, I've led people, transformed organizations, and served communities across the military, government, higher
education, nonprofit, and executive leadership sectors. Those experiences taught me a simple but powerful truth:
Organizations don't change until leadership is willing to confront reality.
That belief is the foundation of everything we do at LOVE IN ACTION.
I founded this organization to bridge two leadership needs that are often treated separately: developing today's leaders while
preparing tomorrow's.
Through executive leadership strategy, consulting, speaking, and community partnerships, we help organizations strengthen
accountability, align culture, and develop leaders who inspire trust through consistent action. At the same time, our youth leadership
initiatives equip young people with the confidence, skills, and opportunities they need to become the next generation of leaders.
I am the creator of HR Confessions™, Executive Truths™, and The Phoenix Leadership Framework™—leadership platforms
designed to challenge conventional thinking, close the gap between leadership intention and organizational reality, and transform
insight into action.
My work is rooted in one conviction:
Leadership is not measured by what we intend.
